2020 Towing for Toys

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level Title Sponsor: $5000+(1 sponsorship available)

Presenting Sponsor for each event, including Santa Cause 5K Toy Troy, 18 Holes Till Christmas Golf Tournament and Towing for Toys Tow Truck Pull.
- What’s Included: Company banner prominently displayed at the registration table at each event, the option to have an event booth or market your company at the registration tables, company logo on each of the event t-shirts, multiple mentions via social media, website, radio and print advertising. Free entry for up to 6 participants in the 5K run, a 4-person team entered in the golf tournament along with t-shirts for each participant. Company logo will be on all advertising and marketing material from July-December.

2.Gold Level Event Presenting Sponsor: $2000 per event

This level is available unless the Platinum level sells first. The Event Presenting Sponsor will receive the same package as above for each event sponsored. 3 Sponsorships available at this level. 1 per event.

3.Silver Level Sponsors: $1000 (6 Sponsorships available)

Silver level sponsors will get logo placed on the 2020 Towing for Toys t-shirts, logo on website and all social media advertising, logo in print advertising, logo on all promotional and marketing materials. Entry for up to 4 participants in the 5K run and 1 4 person team for the Golf Tournament. 10 free Towing for Toys t-shirts.

4.Bronze Level Sponsors: $500 (20 Sponsorships available)

Bronze Level Sponsors will get Recognition and logos on website, social media and limited print advertising.

Individual Event Partnership Opportunities:

18 Holes Till Christmas Golf Tournament

Sponsor a Hole: We will place a sign with your name or logo at one of the tee boxes. Hole Sponsorship is $75 or $50 if you supply your own sign.
Sponsor a Team: You sponsor a team of four players. Could be you and 3 friends or employees from your company. Team fees are $260 or $65 per player.
Gift Certificates/Prizes: Your business could donate gift certificates or prizes in the name of your business. These items will be used as door prizes and prizes for various competitions.

Santa Cause 5K Toy Trot Fun Run

Individual Mile Markers: $100 (3 available). Listed as sponsor on Towing for Toys website and social media event advertising. Sponsorship of mile marker and 1 complimentary race entry.
Starting line level sponsorship: $250. Promotional materials in race packet (due by July 4), Sign placed at starting line, listed as sponsor on website, social media and event advertisements.
Finish Line Level Sponsorship: $250 identical benefits as starting line sponsorship

Towing for Toys Tow Truck Pull

Sponsor a Team: You sponsor an adult Male, Female or Co-Ed team of 10 individuals for $150. Could be you and 9 friends or 10 employees to pull a tow truck loaded with toys 50 feet. You can also sponsor a youth team for $100 or an individual toddler for $25. Adult teams are ages 18 & over, youth teams are 10-17 years old and toddlers 3-5 years old.

Toddlers will be pulling a small red wagon loaded with toys.
